This summary follows the supplied Mama Shelter EOI format. The signed developer form and approved payment and refund terms govern any later transaction.

1. An EOI is an expression of interest. It is not a purchase contract or a unit reservation.
2. Submitting it does not require you to purchase; the developer is not obliged to sell you a property.
3. Your preferred unit indicates interest only and remains subject to availability and confirmation.
4. The developer may decline an EOI; prices and payment terms may change until formally agreed.
5. An EOI is personal and cannot be transferred or assigned.
6. We use your identity and contact details to process this interest and verify it with the project team. Marketing communications require a separate choice.
7. Card payment, when enabled, will be subject to the displayed approved amount and refund policy. The cheque-specific refund wording in the paper form does not describe card payments.

A passport copy and formal signature, if required for the developer's EOI, will be requested through an approved secure process. Do not send identity documents through this page.
